Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

If you're not 100% happy with your order, you can request a return within [X days] of receiving it. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Some items (like personalized, custom, or final sale items) may not be returnable—these will always be clearly marked

 To start a return, just contact us at [service@cheerkind.com or contact page link] with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps!


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is:

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method

  • It may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with a photo—we’ll fix it quickly, no worries!


Return Shipping

  • Customers are usually responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item)

  • If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label (in some cases), or give you the return address


 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
